NOTICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SHELLFISH AREA CONDEMNATION
NUMBER 021L-198, MYER, MORAN AND TAYLOR CREEKS

Căn cứ theo Tiêu đề 28.2, Chương 8, các điều 28.2-803 đến 28.2-808, điều 32.1-20, và điều 2.2-4002, B.16 của Bộ Luật Virginia:
1. The “Notice and Description of Shellfish Area Condemnation Number 021L-198, Myer, Moran and Taylor Creeks,” effective 15 December 2025, is cancelled effective 15 October 2026.
2. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 021L-198, shown as Sections A through F, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from these areas for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of these areas are shown on the map titled “Myer, Moran and Taylor Creeks, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 021L-198, 15 October 2026” which is a part of this notice.
3. Conditionally Approved Shellfish Area (Seasonally Closed Status) Number 021L-198, shown as Section M1, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026, and shall remain in force annually thereafter for the period beginning the first day of April through the last day of October until rescinded. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to take shellfish from this area during such period for any purpose while in the closed status, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of this area are shown on the map titled “Myer, Moran and Taylor Creeks, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 021L-198, 15 October 2026” which is part of this notice.
4. Conditionally Approved Shellfish Area (Closed Status) Number 021L-198, shown as Sections M2, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026, and shall remain in force annually thereafter for the period beginning the first day of April through the last day of October until rescinded. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to take shellfish from this area during such period for any purpose while in the closed status, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. A. The condemned area shall include all of the western prong of Myer Creek upstream of a line drawn between latitude/longitude map coordinate (37°41'34.4",-76°29'30.7") and map coordinate (37°41'29.5",-76°29'29.7").
B. Khu vực bị trưng thu sẽ bao gồm phần phụ lưu không tên của Taylor Creek và các phụ lưu của nó ở phía thượng nguồn của đường kẻ nối giữa tọa độ bản đồ vĩ độ / kinh độ (37°41'08.4",-76°26'49.4") và tọa độ bản đồ (37°41'06.3",-76°26'45.1").

E. The condemned area shall include that portion of Moran Creek and its tributaries upstream of a line drawn between latitude/longitude map coordinate (37°41'49.1",-76°27'22.7") and map coordinate (37°41'45.5",-76°27'19.8").
F. The condemned area shall include all of the norther prong of Myer Creek upstream of a line drawn between latitude/longitude map coordinate (37°41'36.5",-76°29'28.8") and map coordinate (37°41'31.8",-76°29'19.7").

The conditionally approved area (closed) area shall include that portion of the northern prong of Myer Creek upstream of a line drawn between latitude/longitude map coordinate (37°41'36.5",-76°29'28.8") and map coordinate (37°41'31.8",-76°29'19.7"); as well as downstream of second line drawn between map coordinate (37°41'46.8",-76°29'24.6") and map coordinate (37°41'44.5",-76°29'21.6"); but is located entirely within Section F.
