This program is funded in part by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/dwcapacity\/wiin-grant-voluntary-school-and-child-care-lead-testing-and-reduction-grant-program\">U.S. EPA's Lead Testing in School and Child Care Program Drinking Water Grant<\/a>\u00a0authorized under the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act and largely follows the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/ground-water-and-drinking-water\/3ts-reducing-lead-drinking-water\">U.S. EPA\u2019s 3Ts guidance \u2013 Training, Testing, and Taking Action<\/a>.\u00a0Currently, all public PreK-12 schools and licensed daycare facilities are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Facilities interested in enrolling can fill out an application\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/120water.formstack.com\/forms\/vdh_leadtestingprogram\">here<\/a>.
