The choir has been intergenerational and has included those living with the diagnosis, families, friends, community members, and VCU students.<\/p>\n<p>Our FMK choir is a collaboration between the Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen, the VCU School of Music, VCU Health\u2019s GUIDE Center. The choir is one of the social respite programs of the Forget Me Knot Cafe.
